In the case of emergency weather conditions or lighting, cancellations/postponements will be posted on the Trails & Trilliums website by 6:00 am daily and updated as needed. If a hike or walk is cancelled or you prefer not to hike in the rain, you may choose to attend an indoor session.

GENERAL INFO for ATTENDEES

- Events will take place rain or shine. In case of extreme weather, check our website for updates. If you decide it is too cold or rainy to take part in an activity you signed up for, check at Registration to choose an indoor session.
- If your plans change and you will nor be able to participate in a hike or event you registered for, please text Raymond Nance 508-843-7564, so that another person can take your place.
- Casual dress is appropriated for all events, including Wine & Wildflowers.
- Remember your water bottle! We will have refill stations.
- You are welcome to bring a picnic. Meals being served at BSA should be pre-ordered online. A limited number of extra meal tickets will be available.
FOR OVERNIGHT GUESTS AT BEERSHEBA SPRINGS ASSEMBLY
- Please check in at the Hotel Lobby on arrival to get your name tag, meal tickets, and room assignment. Once you have completed registration, you can move your car to a parking area near your room.
- Reminder: Beersheba Springs Assembly is offering meals Friday-Sunday. Please make your meal reservations online before you come, although meal tickets may be purchased at registration.
FOR DAY ATTENDEES
- Look for signs saying Day Parking. Use the main Hotel entrance and go to Registration for your nametag and information
- BSA is offering meals Friday-Sunday. Please make meal reservations online before you come.
- There is no charge to attend the general event. The Native Plant Sale, Vendor area and Children’s Activities are free and no advance registration is required.
- AV Presentations Still Available: Many of our top speakers are in Smith Hall, which has a large seating capacity. You can pre-register online or check at Registration on arrival to sign up for additional great programs. $15 per session.
FOR FAMILIES
- Free children’s activities will take place Saturday 10:00-4:00 and Sunday 10:00-3:00. No pre-registration is needed.
- Activities include Hands-on Wildlife & Wildlife Programs, Making Fairy Houses (to take home) & Fort Building.
- Adults must accompany children at all times
- Use Day Parking areas. Follow the signs to Registration.
- You are welcome to bring a picnic. Meals being served at BSA should be pre-ordered online. A limited number of extra meal tickets will be available on site .
FOR WINE & WILDFLOWERS ATTENDEES
- This event is being held at The Big Red Barn in Beersheba Springs. Saturday, April 22, beginning at 5:00. The address is 208 Hunters Mill Road, Beersheba Springs, TN, 37305. It is near the Beersheba Springs Assembly but is not located on their grounds. It is a 15-minute walk from BSA.
- Dress is casual!
- We will be serving beer, wine and BBQ.
- A short program will take place at 6:00.
- Music will be provided by Sewanee Conglomerate!
- Tickets are still available, but Pre-Registration is required.
FOR VOLUNTEERS
- Check-in is in the Lobby of the Beersheba Hotel. Please come 15 minutes before your shift. You will get your volunteer name tag here, and directions. We have a room just off the lobby for volunteer use, with coffee and restrooms. You can leave personal items here.
- If your plans change and you can not make your shift or will be late, please text Raymond Nance 508-8437564
- We always need extra hands to get ready and wrap up. Set up: Thursday 12:00 noon & Friday 8:30am. Take Down is Sunday 2:00pm
- Reminder: Beersheba Springs Assembly is providing food Friday-Sunday. Make meal reservations online or plan to pack a lunch.
