- Registration: All attendees (except for Family Adventure Days) must check in at the Trails & Trilliums Registration desk in the hotel lobby of the Beersheba Springs Assembly to get their name tags, meal tickets, hotel room assignments, and/or Wine & Wildflower tickets. Family Adventure Days participants will check in at the Family Adventure Days registration tent near the main parking area.
- Meals: Available Friday-Sunday. Please sign up for meals at the BSA Dining Room. A small number of meal tickets will be available at BSA. A concession tent will have snack food. The nearby Beersheba Market will be open. You are welcome to bring a picnic!
- Weather Plan: Events will take place rain or shine. In case of extreme weather, check our website for updates. If you decide it is too cold/rainy to hike/walk, check at Registration to choose an indoor session.
- Not Sure What You Signed Up For? Search your email for a message from [email protected]. You received a confirmation email that lists your activities. If you don’t see it, check your junk or spam folder.
- Attire: Casual dress is appropriate for all events, including Wine & Wildflowers.
- Recommended Items to Bring: Raincoats, flashlights or headlamps, folding chair or blanket, binoculars, hand lens, insect spray, water bottle (we have refill stations).
- Nature Book Swap: If you have field guides or other nature books that you don't want anymore, please bring them. Visit the Nature Book Swap table near registration in the hotel lobby to swap your book for another or give any-size donation to the Friends of the Parks and take home any book you want.

FOR DAY ATTENDEES
- Parking: Follow the signs saying Day Parking.
- Registration: When you arrive, check-in at the Registration Table in the hotel lobby
- Meals: Bring a picnic, visit the snack tent, sign up for meals at the BSA Dining Room.
- Cost: There is no cost to attend the Native Plant Sale or the Sunday morning service at Vesper Point.
- AV Presentations: Many AV Presentations are Still Open. Pre-register online or check at Registration on arrival to sign up for additional sessions.
FOR FAMILIES

FOR HIKERS & WALKERS
- Check-in: Hike Central 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Weather: Hikes and walks will go rain or shine, so come prepared.
- Indoor Option: If it is cold or rainy, you can opt to attend an indoor event in its place.
- Info: Check at Registration for hike spots availability or info on taking an un-guided hike to nearby Stone Door.
- Recommended: Bring good shoes, plenty of water, and a hiking stick.
FOR WINE & WILDFLOWERS ATTENDEES
- Registration: A few tickets are left. Pre-Registration is required at Wine & Wildflowers.
- Event Details:
- Date & Time: Saturday, April 20, beginning at 5:00.
- Location: The Big Red Barn, Beersheba Springs, TN, 37305.
The address is 208 Hunters Mill Road, Beersheba Springs, TN, 37305 - Note: It is near BSA but not located on their grounds. It is a 15-minute walk from BSA.
- Attire: Casual.
- Included: Attendees get two drink tickets. Beer, wine, and BBQ will be served. A short program will take place at 6:00 honoring Randy Hedgepath, State Naturalist Emeritus. Music provided by The Sewanee Conglomerate!
